Barber Institute partnership
Fox Hollies Special School and the Barber Institute of Fine Arts
Exciting New Partnership for 2025
We are delighted to announce a new partnership between Fox Hollies Special School and the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, which will take place over the spring and summer terms of 2025. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to accessibility in the arts and expanding creative opportunities for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) students.
As an Artsmark Gold Award school, Fox Hollies has an arts-led curriculum and is proud to partner with the renowned Barber Institute of Fine Arts on this exciting initiative.
While the Barber Institute undergoes building renovations, the Barber Learning and Engagement Team is working in an outreach capacity at Fox Hollies School, leading a nature-inspired arts project. In turn, Fox Hollies staff and students are advising and mentoring the Barber’s Learning and Engagement Team on SEND practices, supporting the continued development of their inclusive education programme.
This partnership enriches opportunities and develops skills for all involved, reinforcing our shared commitment to arts accessibility.
